The inner soft parts obtained by removing the outer leaves of specially cultivated artichokes are called artichoke hearts. These special type artichokes cultivated in the fertile Aegean soil are hand-selected one by one with diligence, cleaned and cooked over coal oven, and packaged in a marinade of Tariş Extra Virgin Olive Oil, thyme and salt. Rich in fiber content and low in calories, artichoke is also a rich source of iron, calcium and Vitamin A. We recommend you to consume this exquisite delicacy as garnish or as starter.
