Partners of the Tariş Olive Oil Union Küçükkuyu Cooperative hand collected the olives grown on the skirts of Ida, home to a thousand creeks; selected the best from among those particularly suitable for olive oil production; and, took them without any delay to the “Sinolea System” facilities located at their cooperative. They called this exceptional olive oil with high aromatic value and preserved natural essence “cold dripping”. This oil is produced from a higher number of olives compared to normal press due to its particular production method devoid of any heat treatment and pressure upon the olive. And they named it “AURUM”, as it was the best ever.
