Diligently hand-picked olives of the Edremit region are cold-pressed without delay and bottled without being filtered. Incorporating these characteristics, İlk El has been offered to your liking for the first time in a packaged form. Its production starts in December and ends in February every year. This very special olive oil has to be consumed within one year. The oil’s unusual color and unclear appearance is because it has not been filtered and contains olive particles. As such, accumulation of sediments in the bottom of the bottle is also normal. While this product would be suitable for all purposes in your kitchen, we recommend it to be consumed raw so as to savor its intense fruity flavor and aroma.
