These delicately picked exceptional organic Aegean olives received a certificate for organic production following a period of three years under the supervision of ECOCERT and Tariş R&D teams. The production method of these delicious Edremit Type Organic Olives is 'sele' (in dry salt). Their salt ratio is regular, but if desired it may be lowered by leaving them in water for a while.
